Dr. Catherine Norton and Dr Robert Norton from the Norton Consulting Group have teamed up to present this exciting workshop.

Both facilitators have over 20 years experience working with business professionals across industries. They have facilitated groups at all levels from the factory floor to the boardroom.

Dr Catherine Norton is director of Norton Consulting Group. Her areas of expertise include leadership, communication, teamwork and organisational change. Catherine’s academic qualifications include: Ph.D., Purdue University (Indiana, USA.), 1985.  M. A., San Diego State University (California, USA.), 1981.  B. A., University of Queensland (Queensland, Australia), 1976.

Dr Robert Norton has written three books and over 35 professional journal articles and book chapters. He is the author of Communicator Style, Communication and Consequences  and Treat People Like Dogs! Six tasks for passionate leaders.
