Kuwaiti Women’s Leadership is a one day interactive workshop intended to stimulate and motivate women leaders in Kuwait. The program has been designed to create a day of learning and networking.

It was held in August 2008.

Dr Catherine Norton takes participants on a journey of exploration. You are invited to make connections to your own lives, personally and professionally. In the process, you will discover what it takes to be a passionate leader.

 The workshop is divided into 3 parts so that participants will learn the most from the day.

1. Presentation by Dr Catherine Norton: “The Courage to Lead.”

Dr Catherine Norton begins the workshop with the lessons that she has learned about leadership in her career and life. She draws several key lessons for the audience.

2. Panel Discussion by Kuwaiti leaders:

A group of five influential local business leaders will share their insights into the “Challenges Facing Women Leaders in Kuwait.”

3. Open Forum Topics:

Participants will self-select into small groups to discuss issues and elements related to leadership for Kuwaiti women.
